TPA++

Rewrite teleportHandler and all the commands, to actually work properly. The tpa automatic detection (when you write just /tpaaccept, /tpadeny or /tpacancel) dosen't work right now, so just make sure when using those commands you type the players name you want to accept, deny or cancel as an argument. You don't need to worry about this if you use the buttons. The code is now much cleaner and less spaghettified everywhere, you can actually unerstand whats going on.
