With a craftable controller, you can select coordinates, and with the same controller, in other cases, you can tell it to create an invisible TP block. If you tap it, it will TP to the coordinates you specified.
To create the TP, you need to insert a block. That block is an Ender Pearl block. Also, if you place the Ender Pearl block on the ground and hover over it, it will TP to a random position in a 21x21 block area.
The mod is simple, just the TP, since I haven't seen any mods with Silent TP. They all involve clicking on a block or standing on top of a portal. This is instantaneous.
IMPORTANT: The only drawback is that it's only one-way. The block only teleports you in that direction.

Con un mando crafteable puedes seleccionar uans coordenadas y con el mismo mando en otras peudes decirle que te cree un bloque tp invisible el cual si tocas te hace tp a las coordenadas que le especificaste.
Para crear el tp es necesario introducirle un bloque,ese bloque es un bloque de Ender pearls, además el bloque de enderpearls si lo pones en el sulo y apsas por encima te tp random a una poscione n un area de 21x21 bloques.
El mod es simple solo es eso del tp ya que no vi ningun mod con TP Silencioso todos so son haciendo click en un blqoue o subiendote encima de un portal, este es instantaneo.
IMPORTANTE: El único inconveniente es que soo es de ida, el bloque solo te teletrasporta ene sa dirección
