Added the new spellbook "Where My Heart Points"

Accessory: Spellbook

Comes with 15 spell slots.

Modes:

While holding it, right-click while pressing Shift to cycle through three modes: None, Undead, and Arthropod. These modes take effect when equipped in the spellbook slot:

Undead Mode: After you attack a creature, it is tagged as undead and remains so until it dies; Undead Hunters get bonus points.

Arthropod Mode works similarly.

In None Mode, attacking a creature removes its Undead or Arthropod tag.

When "My Heart's Desire" is equipped, pressing the bound key (default U—can be changed in the keybind settings) opens the skill-point interface. While carrying Legendary Ink, you can spend Legends to gain skill points, which are used to allocate stats.

The numbers before each stat indicate the point cost; the numbers after show the stat gained:

Spell Power 3: +1% spell power costs 3 points.

Spell Resistance 3: +1%.

Cooldown Reduction 2: +1%.

Mana Cap 1: +100 mana per point.

Class Spell Power 1: +1%.

Class Spell Resistance1:+1%
