Ship utilities, spinners, thrusters and connectors from VS Tournament, ported to NeoForge with Sable support.
This is an unofficial source port of Valkyrien Skies: Tournament by alex_s168 and contributors, maintained by Soleid for Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge.

Changes made by this port:
- Updated the original mod to Minecraft 1.21.1 and native NeoForge APIs.
- Added native Sable force handling for spinners, thrusters and propellers, plus Sable support for ship loading, seats and rope/connector restraints.
- Retained the Valkyrien Skies backend and original block registry IDs.
- Fixed medium, large and staged explosives creating the wrong block entity type.
