Tough Beginnings

So the whole campfire type method was buggy and causing way more issues that its worth, so I reworked the mod.

Now you have to craft a pile of fiber, light it on fire with friction (right click with a stick) and then right click blocks of wood on the fire (blocks of wood can be obtained by using the flint knife and any planks in a crafting table)
