What's new
----------
First Fabric/Quilt release. Functionally on par with the Forge build:

• Three Curio-slot insulation items that prevent lethal Tough as Nails
temperature damage:
- Heated Thermal Insulation:   ICY  -> COLD
- Cooling Thermal Insulation:  HOT  -> WARM
- Universal Thermal Insulation: both directions
• Firoze fluid + bucket. Place it in the world, scoop it back up,
pour it like vanilla water/lava. Translucent render layer.
• Brewing recipe: any potion + Regulation Crystal in the catalyst slot
of a Brewing Stand -> Firoze Bucket.
• Crafting chain: Regulation Circuit Shard -> Regulation Circuit ->
Regulation Crystal -> Thermal Insulation curios.

Slot-system support
-------------------
Pick one. The mod auto-detects which is installed and registers items
into that one only — never both at once.

• Accessories  (preferred when both installed)
• Trinkets     (fallback)

If neither is installed, the items still register and can sit in your
inventory but won't equip into any slot.
