What's new

- Added minimum time of 5 seconds per block
- Fixed bug where changing cooldown time would cause the randomly selected block to - change every tick
- Added colours to the text displayed on success and failure of using the /cooldown command
- Added /reset command to reset to the default cooldown of 300 seconds (5 minutes) and set the time remaining to 5 minutes
