Tosochu Event Mod is a Forge mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.20.1 designed to make Tosochu-style events easy to run in multiplayer. It works especially well for 1v1 matches and small group events, giving you role assignment, tracking tools, life management, and event controls in one package.

Features:

Assign a player as a Hunter by right-clicking them with the Hunter Marker
Assign a player as a Runner by right-clicking them with the Runner Marker
Use the Event Tool to view current settings and player roles
Adjust hunter movement speed
Toggle night vision for all players
Set the default number of runner lives
Runner lives only decrease when killed by a Hunter
Runners can see their remaining lives
Hunters receive a special tracking compass
Sneak right-click the compass to switch targets
Tracking display shows player name, direction arrow, distance, and coordinates
If the target is in another dimension, the compass displays the last known position
Supports the Nether and other dimensions
Hunters receive a teleporter item
The teleporter moves the hunter within 500 blocks of the target
The teleporter has a 500 second cooldown
When a Hunter dies, they respawn near a random Runner within up to 1000 blocks
Adds a dedicated creative tab
Includes /tosochu admin commands for fast event setup and control
