Interface language now follows your Minecraft client language: one jar, English and Russian.

English clients see no change from 1.4.2. Russian clients get the Russian UI back (дрейф, ядро, сводится, м/с, КАРТА ШТОРМОВ, РИСК).

Under the hood:

- new i18n layer with a translation table, a separate rule set for units (1200m -> 1200м, but m/s and min are left alone) and for compass letters (whole tokens only, so STORM never turns into ЮTORM)

- translation runs on the finished string, not on a key: lines are assembled from numbers ("1200m · heading WSW 256°"), so plain lang JSON cannot handle them

- translation cache capped at 4000 entries, since strings with live numbers change every frame

- single translation point in the text painter, plus chat toasts, /tt replies, Xaero marker labels and the map title

- language can be switched on the fly (Options -> Language), cache resets by itself

Русский:

Интерфейс снова переключается по языку клиента. Один jar: англоязычный клиент видит 1.4.2 без изменений, русский - привычные «ядро», «сводится», «дрейф», «м/с». Язык можно менять на ходу в Options -> Language, перезапуск не нужен.
