What's new

First ever release for  neoforge. This is an alpha version with only a rudimentary amount of testing.
Features implemented:
* Megatorch
* Dreadlamp
* Feral Flare Lantern (no GUI)
* Config

Not bugs:
* Pillager Raids are not blocked - These types of raids are linked to a specific player action (entering a village with the bad omen effect). Therefore this is a non-natural scenario and will not be blocked, but this is open for discussions.
