Torch Arrow+ adds a simple utility arrow that places a real vanilla torch when fired into a valid surface, making it easy to light distant caves, ravines, walls, and hard-to-reach areas.

What's new
Fixed recipe book unlocks for custom crafting recipes.
Some recipes could still be crafted manually, but did not properly appear/unlock in the vanilla recipe book after picking up the expected ingredients. This was caused by an incorrect advancement requirement setup.
Updated the recipe unlock logic so the recipes now appear correctly when players obtain the relevant ingredients.
