Adds Traveler`s boots from Thaumcraft. Feel free to use it in your modpack.

Current Version has 5 different Boots:

Boots of the Traveller:
0.6 Step Height, Speed Boost 20%, Jump Boost 2.
Has no recipe and no model on players feet.

Meteoric Travelers Boots:
0.8 Step Height, Speed Boost 25%. When SHIFT pressed and jump player does large leap forward.
Has no recipe and no model on players feet.

Accelerating Travelers Boots:
Increases players speed with time.
Has no recipe, no texture and no model on players feet.

Water-Proof and Lava-Proof Travelers Boots:
Player can walk on fluid such as water and lava (wearing correct type of boots).
Has no recipe and no model on players feet.
