First release for Minecraft 26.3 (Fabric).

• Switches to the best hotbar tool when you start mining a block (correct tool for drops first, then the fastest, Efficiency included).
• Switches to the hotbar weapon with the best damage × attack speed when you attack a mob.
• Switches back to your previous slot shortly after you stop attacking (configurable delay); a slot you pick yourself is kept.
• Break protection: tools with 3 or fewer uses left are never auto-selected, and mining with them is blocked (configurable, 0 = off; optional for weapons).
• Optional: hold Sneak to pause switching.
• Toggle key (unbound by default) and the /toolwise client command; settings are saved to config/toolwise.json.
• English and German translations.
