Tooltip Scroll [Fabric]

The premier Fabric mod that allows you to move/scroll tooltips.

Tooltips can be moved anywhere on or off the screen.
Example of using WASD to move a tooltip around the screen.
Example of mousewheel scrolling with a smoothness of 0.25
Keybinds can be set to control how you want to move your tooltips around.
With Mod Menu and Cloth API, you can access a settings menu to change how tooltips are moved and reset. You can also edit the config file directly at "config/tooltipscroll.json".
