Adds magical and balanced tools, including End tools which can transfer broken blocks to the player's ender chest
What's new
- Fix for getting Emerald tools in creative (they previously gave Looting II on both tools and sword)
- Minor tool tweaks (Obsidian now mines a little slower)
- Added Sapphire, Sapphire block and Sapphire tools! At the moment they're similar to topaz and ruby.
- Made the new ores less common:
- Topaz generates in veins of up to 8
- Sapphire generates in veins of up to 6
- Ruby generates in veins of up to 4.
