Warns you before your tools break: a pulsing red slot overlay and a tooltip hint show when any item with durability is almost broken. Client-side only.
Tool Warning makes sure you never lose your favorite pickaxe again.
- Slot overlay: Almost broken items get a pulsing red highlight with a “!” in your inventory and hotbar. The warning gets more urgent when the item is about to break.
- Tooltip hint: Shows the remaining durability, e.g. “⚠ Almost broken! 12 of 250 durability left”.
- Works with modded items: Works with every item that has durability: tools, weapons, armor, elytra and more.
- Configurable: Set the warning threshold (default 10 %) and turn the overlay, pulsing or tooltip on or off in the in-game config.
- Client-side only: Works on any server, including vanilla.
Supports NeoForge 1.21.11, 26.1.x, 26.2.x and 26.3.x.
