<li style="text-align:left">craft the Tool Leveling Table</li>
<li style="text-align:left">put an enchantable item in the big middle slot</li>
<li style="text-align:left">place enough Enchanted Books in the left slots (by default at least 4 books)</li>
<li style="text-align:left">bookshelfs around the table increase the chance of success</li>
<li style="text-align:left">special items in the right slots will result in more and higher level enchantments</li>
<li style="text-align:left">press "Upgrade"</li>
