Fixes that nasty efficiency loss in Extra Utilities 2 that makes large farms impossible and more.
What's new
- Made class and method names more consistent. Did the same for the documentation.
- Separated the methods for disabling efficiency loss and GP into separate classes.
- Separated nested class overrides into separate class files.
- Updated some of the documentation to be more clear, descriptive, and/or accurate.
- Added log message for setting the GP rate multipliers.
