Fixes that nasty efficiency loss in Extra Utilities 2 that makes large farms impossible and more.

- Fixed some typos in the documentation.
- Changed the modid to "tmel" from "tmei" because I apparently cannot do acronyms.
- Changed logger to only send messages to the server console if running on a dedicated server.
