Tomb Many Graves

Fixes:

• Incompatibility with EnderIO Soulbound enchant
  • Items with this enchantment will remain on your person once the grave is formed; then EnderIO will handle the enchantment. Unfortunately, this means that all Soulbound items will not (most likely) remain in the correct slots (due to how EnderIO handles the items).
  • Any items with Soulbound will not appear on Death Lists (meaning they cannot be restored with commands); this should make sense, since the items will never actually be in a grave (and should be on the player after respawn), never needing to be restored.
• File IO errors with the backup files should be fixed now.
• "latest" time stamp backups are now overwritten if a player dies with no inventory (to help cut down on accidental duping of items)
