Tolkien Tweaks - Mobs Edition

** Two new potions, Blessing of Eru (Cures everything) & Blessing of the Elves (Allows walking up/over 1 block high/fences)

** Tweak to the potion Terror, causes fear way better

** Added my own custom mushrooms

** More control over vanilla spawns

** A few texture adjustments (Stone path color should not be as harsh)

** More quest items and loot table adjustments

** Grocer profession has more items to sell

** Block adjustments for map color
