The Nether Brick Fence Gate's Rising

ADDED:
- rest of the Beast Cookies
- blue nether brick blockset
- red and blue nether brick fence gates (and their corresponding fences)
- full block uncrafting
- rimeling (first mob in the mod ever, cold variant of slime)
- useless npc that's literally a personification of my Minecraft account and overall online activity
- waffles and waffle fries
- allay summoning
- some cool paintings

CHANGED:
- made prismite refining more effective
- made aquamarine spawn more often
- added pickaxe requirements to blocks that somehow didn't have them
- temporarily unimplemented prismite pieces and prismite sticks (comment ideas for their new use pls)
- made active cap craftable (as it always should have been)
- revamped mystic yoyo, both use and crafting
- nerfed shadow milk bucket effects duration from 60 seconds to 30 seconds
- beast cookies now inflict effects on you when you hold them

REMOVED:
- abyssal bundle (as a part of prismite crafting rework)
- trident recipe and repair (TEA modpack has a better one)
- music disc duplication recipes

This is the last update for a while - school, lack of ideas and other stuff :P
I'm NOT abandoning the mod, just telling ye you can safely put it in a modpack now since I don't plan updates anytime soon, but not NEVER again.
