Updated to support Forge 40.1.0
Fixed an issue where the configuration file was not being read properly and causing MP Servers to not startup unless the file was deleted first
* The serverbasicsconfig.json file should deleted so it can be recreated properly. You can alternatively delete the two characters at the end of the welcome_message (the color option)
Removed colorizing the chat messages as not everyone can make out the color changes, so reset back to default
