- Corrected recipes to use "dyes" to simplify and not depend on Lapis, Shards, Cocoa Beans, Bonemeal or Ink Sacs.
- Created some recipes that were somehow missing (Heavenly Blue, Neon Yellow, Crushed Stones)
- Crafting Gravels achievement added when all gravels have been crafted
- Fixed achievement timings so they are immediate after crafting or smelting items/blocks
- Code cleanup to reduce size and improve performance
