Fixed the default command so it is /gravels and not /commands (that was for another of my mods) :-(

Added validation check to see if TmTmc-ServerBasics was also installed and if it is, then the player join & welcome messages will be used from that config file, not the TmTmc-Gravels config file

Added additional details to the /gravels command to show the goals/challenges and the XP's that can be earned
