TMT - Spawn Control

TMT Spawn — configuration mod. It gives server owners full control over wild spawn mechanics—including rare bucket rates, shiny chances, and Hidden Ability ratios—with optional integration for Cobbreeding to fine-tune egg IVs and HA inheritance.
