TMO: Ore Gen Alignment

Aligns vanilla ore generation with the ores from Too Many Ores.

Emeralds can now spawn outside of Mountainous biomes, but they're very very rare. Emeralds spawn uncommonly in similar veins to normal diamonds in mountainous biomes.

Diamonds and Gold are considerably rarer than in Vanilla however.

Intended to be an addon of Too Many Ores, but can be used without it.

Too Many Ores for obvious reasons.
