Fixed the bug where configuration files had no effect at all. Removed four
configuration entries that were only added for alignment with Re‑Avaritia but never took effect: boot_speed_flying_multiplier, boot_speed_sneaking_multiplier, boot_speed_backward_multiplier, boot_speed_strafing_multiplier.
