What's new
-Add Cyclic Redstone Clock to default list of blocks to be treated as redstone wires, since they allow indirect signals to pass through them. (Issue #117) Server configs for any existing worlds will have to be deleted or updated to implement this.
-Add Redstone Wrench to forge:tools/wrench tag.
-Patch backward compatibility for the tiny versions of pipes in Tiny Pipes after upgrade including full-sized pipes.
