Couple of important changes here:
* Added JSON support - Instead of using the, quite frankly, horrid syntax of old, you can now use JSON files. The old syntax, while useable, is unsupported and only really in there for compatibility

* Additional constructor support - Support for ItemModifiers in constructors has been added.

* Added scouting support for Modifiers - Upon startup, the mod will print out the class of every modifier registered at that point in time. It gives details as to the class name, any interfaces, and what constructors the object has. Each constructor is labelled with roughly what each parameter should do, and if a parameter is found that isn't supported, the name simply becomes 'notSupportedPleaseReport'.

* Added the update checker - An item crafted with bread surrounded by redstone. It glows when an update is detected. Shift-Right Clicking with the item will bring up the Curse page with the mod
