Completely Redid Arrows to be stackable items instead of a single tool. No modifiers are allowed because of a bug in Tinkers Construct (This might also cause compatability issues). Thanks to Void for this
Cobalt Tantalum textures changed. Thanks to Generic Username for that

Removed Silky Cloth arrow fletching

Changed Bouncy Trajectory to bounce on the ground instead of the air

Added Stability

Bow stats have been tuned. It may appear as if you are getting 3 times the draw weight, but I changed the arrow velocity exiting the bow formula to account for that.

Fixed many issues and crashes.
