Library paper supply behaviour was changed.
Time and percentage were modified
Added fuel supply for th black smithing block
- Coal, Charcoal and Lava Buckets
- Different bonus amount and times
Scaling of the entering message on screen has been modified, might still be a bit big, depending on the gui scale.
Added new block "Paper Press" this will interact with the different quality sugar cane from diet and result in "Research Paper". Those paper will be used like paper in the supply chest of the library, but have different timings and boost amounts.
