  • Added leader-only tax configuration (only nation leader can set tax).
  • Added treasury requirement for tax configuration and tax collection.

  • Added live tax-state refresh while Listings is open (auto-updates if treasury/permissions change).
  • Added auto-close behavior for tax popup if leader/treasury permission is lost mid-session.
  • Tax now deposits physical coin items into storage in the treasury building chunk.
  • Seller payout now subtracts only the tax amount that was actually deposited to treasury storage.
  • If treasury is missing or full at sale time, tax application is reduced or skipped dynamically.
