Timeless Echoes

- hubs no longer show up every 5 levels, instead happening as the first level of each run
- your max level is no longer reset to the last multiple of 5
- reworked the Echo Blade, now transforming into the Prisma blade on-use, containing different perks
- clicking on an empty timeless corpse no longer plays the sound
- rearranged the order of perks
- adjusted some damage values of different weapons
- perk descriptions now have itemstack context
- dimension now darkens during ending sequence
- current level now shows on the exp bar and no longer shows on hubs
