Time Heals All Wounds

Changes how eating and healing work so taking damage has consequences.

Changes how eating and healing work so that taking damage has consequences and the player can not just immediately eat to heal.  

The player will automatically heal one health point every ten seconds as long as they have at least nine hunger icons filled (over level 14).

However, eating additional food does not increase health.

If a player takes damage healing is paused for twenty seconds. 

The player may need to retreat to allow time to heal if they take significant damage.
