Easier to use configuration file:
Configuration is not based on hunger lost per second, but rather
how many seconds need to go by for the player to lose 1 hunger.
Set to 120.0 by default so that the player loses 1 hunger every
two minutes. (There are only 20 minutes in a full Minecraft Day/Night)
