Reworks the {/time set} command to add into the Day Counter rather than reset it.

The {/time set} command, specifically day, noon, midnight and noon currently sets the world's tick to a specific value resetting the Day Counter. This mod fixes that by editing the command to add up to the counter rather than setting it to a fixed value.
