Time Clock (slow down time)

Adds the Powerful ((drum roll pls))  TIME CLOCK!!!  ((cue dramatic lights and gasps of wonder))

Slow down time with the time clock, it has 5 settings;

Normal- time runs at normal pace

Stage 1- time slows down a bit, playable

Stage 2- time is now running at half its normal speed

Stage three- very slow, it will feel like you've got slow falling when you jump, you can easily see stuff that you cant normally

Stage 4- EXTREMELY (and i mean extremely) SLOW, takes 20 seconds to do what normally you could do in ONE second ((good luck, seriously anyone that plays a game on this, well done!))
