What's new

Fixed inventory and GUI rendering crashes caused by wall sign item tooltips recursively resolving their own display names.

This update avoids risky registry and BlockItem lookups during GUI rendering, so hovering, clicking, sorting, or pressing keys in inventory-style screens should no longer trigger the wall sign StackOverflow crash.
