Tiered Hoes

You can use Hoes like normal, the only difference it makes is that the higher tier a hoe is the more crops you recieve. This makes crafting a diamond hoe (or netherite) actually have a purpose.

I have fixed the bug of being able to destroy seeds and getting wheat. no more infinite food glitch!
