Tier Ingots

- Added: Crystaleon, Crystaleon armor and tools, Crystaleon block

- Fixed bugged pickaxes harvest levels (in 0.3 boron pickaxe had lvl 9)

- Added new achievements (Hoe's related)

- Added set bonuses for all armors

- Added hit bonuses for all swords

- Fixed all item's ID

- New effect "Glass Shards" (Currently only part of Glarium Sword hit bonus)

- New mob (only for testing purposes) "Attack Dummy"

- New death messages (Glass Shards, Crystal Lifestealing, and Crystal Penetration)

- Retexture of Derite Sword to animated one to fit into its hit bonus

- Fixed message on world join (Text included some random characters but no colors)

To Do:
- New material
- Change "Boron" to a much more appropriate "Boron Ingot"

- "Book of Legendary Ingots" for some info about mod etc.
