Create Aeronautics: Halcyon | Data & Essence

New update now really integrating not just entries and recipes in Halcyon but compatibility with Sable, meaning this makes Data&Essence almost completely compatible with Create Aeronautics!

-Main changes: Items with containers like shard burner or fabricators and wires are compatible with Sable sub-levels meaning they won't break or miss behave when "assembled" (this also fixes a dupe glitch between create simulated and halcyon that made every container from a d&e item generate an output from the container but reverting the block to its original state meaning any item inside a container dropped out but still remained in the container dupping it.)

-When assembled, wires and other animations might dissappear in d&e this is mainly to prevent visual bugs (they still work in a sub level just as normally as they should just without some textures)
