Hearthstones

※ Compatibility between saves from 0.1.x is not tested. Backup is strongly recommended.

Added new 'Hearthstone' - Hearthing Planks.
 - Hearthing Planks can warp to 'Home Tavern' only. You can change home tavern in Tavern's GUI.
 - Hearthing cooldown can be configured separately between original Hearthstone. It doesn't mean you can use both 'Hearthstones' separately, it's just seconds of cooldown gain after using. e.g. You used Hearthstone, and got 75 secs of cooldown. You can't use Hearthstone AND Hearthing Planks during 75 seconds.

Added new Tavern - Shabby Tavern, Guild Tavern.
 - Shabby Tavern can be used only with Hearthing Planks.
 - Guild Tavern can be used even if you didn't visited the Tavern. Perfect for inviting people.
  Tavern can be upgraded using certain item. One for Shabby Tavern to normal one, and one for normal one to Global Tavern.

Tavern skin is fully implemented! Might be buggy.
 - Combine the block and the Tavern in crafting table.
 - You can use skin block instead Oak Log in Tavern's recipe itself.

You can specify your Tavern's accessibility.
 - Public Tavern grants both access and modification of the Tavern to everyone even if they are not the owner of the Tavern. But they can't  make Tavern not public, of course.
 - Protected Tavern allows everyone to use the Tavern. However the property can be changed only by the owner, or player with OP permission.
 - Private Tavern can be used only by you and player with OP permission.

Now the Tavern can't be harvested. Unless you have OP permission, or you are in creative mode, or you are the owner of the Tavern, or you used modded stuff. And Tavern is also blast-proof! kinda.

Nerfed the recipe of Hearthstone and Tavern.

Added 'Easy Mode' config option.
 - Hearthing Planks and Shabby Tavern is disabled.
 - Recipe of Hearthstone and Tavern is reverted to 0.1.x.
 - Guild Tavern will be still avaliable.

Now the Hearthstone can take damage and wear off.
 - You can set maximum damage, or disable this feature in config.
 - By default Hearthstone doesn't take any damage. But Hearthing Planks takes damage of 30 at maximum, and it will break after 31st(or 30th?) use.
 - Mending or Unbreaking can be applied. Not sure about mod's enchantments tho.

Enchantment for Hearthstones - Quickcast I ~ IV
 - Increases the speed using Hearthstone drastically.

Added 'Aquamarine Gen' config option.
 - Set to false to disable Aquamarine to generated.

Changed the GUI of Hearthstone and Tavern.
