Downloads must originate strictly from official RadonMC channels (e.g., Modrinth,
GitHub Releases).

3. MODPACK INCLUSION:
You are expressly permitted to include this Software in public or private
Minecraft modpacks, provided that:
a. The modpack is distributed via platforms that leverage official platform APIs
or dependency management (such as Modrinth or CurseForge) without re-hosting
or altering the raw binary, OR
b. The Software remains unmodified, attribution to RadonMC is clearly provided,
and no monetization or paywall is placed directly behind access to this Software.

4. COMMERCIAL USE & MONETIZATION:
You may not sell the Software, charge users directly for access to the Software,
or include it in paid commercial software packages without prior written consent.
Running the Software on a monetized or public Minecraft server (e.g., donations,
cosmetics) is permitted, provided the server complies with the Minecraft EULA.

IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
