Ticking Hard License

"Ticking Hard" (the "Software") means the mod distributed as a .jar file by
Gugless, together with its documentation and assets.

1. PERMITTED USE
You may download, install and use the Software for any purpose, including in
singleplayer worlds and on servers, and in videos, streams and any other
content, whether or not that content is monetized.

2. REDISTRIBUTION
You may redistribute the original, unmodified .jar file of the Software,
including inside modpacks and on servers, without asking for permission,
provided that:
  (a) the file is unchanged, and this license and the mod's metadata are kept;
  (b) you give credit to Gugless as the author and, where possible, link to the
      original project page; and
  (c) you do not sell the Software or charge a fee for downloading it or for
      access to the file itself. Using the Software in a modpack or on a server
      that earns money is allowed, as long as the Software is not the item
      being sold.

3. RESTRICTIONS
Except where this license expressly allows it, you may NOT:
  (a) modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the Software;
  (b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise try to obtain or
      reconstruct its source code, except to the extent that applicable law
      expressly allows this despite this restriction;
  (c) use any part of the Software, its code, logic, data or assets as a base
      for another project;
  (d) distribute modified versions of the Software;
  (e) sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise commercialize the Software itself;
  (f) remove or alter copyright notices, credits or this license, or present
      the Software as your own work.

4. CONFIGURATION
The configuration file (config/ticking-hard.json) is meant to be edited by
users. Editing it is allowed and is not a modification of the Software.

5. SOURCE CODE
The source code of the Software is not published and is not licensed to
anyone.

6. OWNERSHIP
The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights that are not expressly granted
in this license are reserved by Gugless. If you want to do something that this
license does not allow, ask the author for written permission first.

7. TERMINATION
These permissions end automatically if you break any term of this license. In
that case you must stop using and distributing the Software and delete your
copies.

8. NO AFFILIATION
The Software is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or
associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

9. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR
OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
