修复专用服务器上的 native 状态检查。未经过 Mixin 的类直接从类文件读取方法访问标记，避免解析仅客户端存在的方法签名类型；已变换类仍优先使用实际变换布局，native 状态保护与实体、玩家及区块并行保持不变。

Fixes native-state inspection on dedicated servers. Classes without Mixins use method access flags from their class files without resolving client-only signature types. Transformed classes continue to use their transformed layouts, preserving native-state protection and parallel entity, player and chunk work.
