Fixes:

• #81 teams without admins no longer cause problem
• #82 some issues with by shops
• #83 some messages were missing from the localization files
• /nick was causing major issues if more than 16 chars, now limits to 16 chars
• the unload command no longer replaces load command

Adds:

• /rtp - teleport to a random spot
• /bed - teleport to your bed (#84)
• /unclaim everything - unclaims all of your land
• inventory logging to log when players interact with chests, etc
• Chinese localization via zh_cn.json

Tweaks:

• adjusts config command to not need _set and _check variants
