Right click while holding a fire charge to fire a fireball followed by a cooldown.

- Projectile speed adjusted

- Config added:

You can change the cooldown length, sound played when fireball is thrown as well as change the projectile to either fireball types or even a dragon fireball or wither skull if that suits your fancy.
