Through The Looking Glass

Added the Perception Anchor, a powerful, lategame block capable of keeping an area up to 16 chunks in radius loaded.
Fixed a bug that prevented TTLG blocks from dropping when broken (I did not forget to put in loot tables, you have no proof!)
Work is ongoing to make the Looking Glass less glitchy, if you happen to be skilled with rendering war crimes your help would be greatly appreciated!

The Perception Anchor does not load chunks by default, and instead increases its range by one for each ghast tear put in it up to a maximum of 16. The ghast tears are not
consumed, they are merely required as foci.
