Currently maintaining for 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3 branches (Fabric)

Features

• Access storage blocks
• Access inventory-based blocks
• Access any block (must enable all_blocks in the server config)
• Configurable (server config and client config)
• Add or remove any effective blocks from config
• Functionality toggle for server and client (only if enabled on server, clients can disable it for their own)
• All blocks toggle for server config only
